Tyler Melton Technologies (“TMT”, “we”) runs tylermtech.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone number, who referred you and your message. We use it to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Ticket form: the ticket form is provided by Cognito Forms. What you enter there is stored by Cognito Forms and sent to us so we can handle your request.
- The Lab tools: the email security check reads public DNS records for the domain you type. We don’t save the domain or tie it to you (results are cached for 30 minutes to keep the check fast). The Phish or Legit quiz and the AI Prompt Builder run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us.
- Basic server logs: like every website, our host and Cloudflare keep short-term technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t use advertising trackers. [If you add Google Analytics later, say so here.]
Who else handles it
Our website host [hosting.com], Cloudflare (security and speed), Microsoft 365 (our email) and Cognito Forms (the ticket form). Each only processes information as needed to provide their service.
Remote support
Remote sessions use Splashtop SOS, and only start when you run the tool and give your technician the session code. You can end a session anytime.
